I recently purchased a new SR110 and at first I was amazed at the lite tongue weight but I soon discovered that the lite tongue weight can cause problems. The tongue is lite enough that you can move the rake around some by hand but if you raise the tongue above about 3' high it will flip over on the rear raking wheels and require a good bit of effort to get the tongue back on the ground. I also discovered that there isn't enough tongue weight to keep the rake from rolling down even a slight grade so you have top scotch the tire even on a very slight grade. I will be adding some weight to the tongue in hopes of correcting these issues. I am thinking about a 120lb to 150Lb tongue weight would be a lot better.
