LowFuelLight
When the fuel level drops to 2 gallons, the fuel
symbolwilllightandasinglechimewillsound.
Thewarninglightshouldbecheckedfrequentlytoassure
thatitisoperatingproperly.Turntheignitionkeytothe
onposition,butdonotstartthevehicle.Thelightshould
comeon.Ifthelightdoesnotcomeon,havethesystem
checkedbyanauthorizeddealer.
Anti-LockWarningLight(ABS)—IfEquipped

light will come on when the ignition key is

The light comes on and remains on for 6 to 8
seconds as a bulb check when the ignition
switchisfirstturnedON.Ifthelightdoesnot
comeonduringstarting,stayson,orcomeson
IftheABSlightremainsonorcomesonduringdriving,
itindicatesthattheAnti-Lockportionofthebrakesystem
isnotfunctioningandthatserviceisrequired,however,
the conventional brake system will continue to operate
normallyprovidedthattheBRAKEwarninglightisnot
on.
whiledriving,havethesystemcheckedbyanauthorized
dealer.(Seepage101formoreinformation.)
IftheABSlightison,thebrakesystemshouldbeserviced
as soon as possible to restore the benefit of Anti-Lock
Brakes.
