Driving Assistance Package (optional).
Thanks to Blind Spot Assist, the package makes
intentional lane changes safer too, using twin
radar sensors to watch over the areas not visible cruise control system. It enables the S-Class to
in your exterior mirrors. If the sensors spot a
vehicle in one of these blind spots, a red trian-
gle lights up in the corresponding mirror. If the
driver nevertheless indicates to change lanes,
an additional warning signal sounds.

Package is Distronic Plus, our radar-assisted
The Lane-Keeping Assist function, which comes
as part of the optional Driving Assistance Pack-
age, monitors lane markings via a camera and,
by gently vibrating the steering wheel, warns

the other hand, the system recognises this and
does not emit a warning.
