Thehazardwarninglightsonlyflash
Pressanybuttononthetransmitter.

theft-deterrentsystem(page3-39).
qTransmitterMaintenance
Ifthebuttonsonthetransmitterare
inoperableandtheoperationindicator
lightdoesnotflash,thebatterymaybe
dead.
Replacewithanewbatterybeforethe
transmitterbecomesunusable.
NOTE
Afterunlockingwiththetransmitter,all
doorsandthehatch/liftgatewill
automaticallylockifoneofthedoorsor
thehatch/liftgate/trunklidisnotopened
withinabout30seconds.
Trunkbutton
Toopenthetrunk,pressandholdthe
trunkbuttonuntilthetrunklidopens.
Panicbutton
Ifyouwitnessfromadistancesomeone
attemptingtobreakintoordamageyour
vehicle,pressingthepanicbuttonwill
activatethevehicle'salarm.
NOTE
Thepanicbuttonwillworkwhetherany
doororthetrunklidisopenorclosed.
