YoucanmovetheshiftleverinoroutoftheAutoStick௡       Theto secondtransmissiongear andwillfromautomaticallysecond toupshiftthird gearfromwhenfirst
mode at any time without taking your foot off the
acceleratorpedal.IfyouchoosetheOVERDRIVEmode,
thetransmissionwilloperateautomatically;shiftingbe-
tweenthefouravailablegears.Whenyouwishtoengage
AutoStick,simplymovetheshiftlevertotheAutoStick
position.Thetransmissionwillremaininthecurrentgear
untilanupshiftordownshiftischosen.

General Information
Downshiftingoutofthirdgearwillturnoffthespeed
control.
Youcanstartoutinfirst,second,orthirdgear.Shifting
into fourth gear can occur only after vehicle speed
reaches 15 mph (24 km/h). The system will ignore  TransmissionAutoStickisengaged.shifting will be more noticeable when
attemptstoupshiftattoolowofavehiclespeed.
The transmission will automatically downshift to 1st
gearwhencomingtoastop.
