Mounting the Gearbox
Swing the cutter bar in an arc towards
the outside of the hedge so that the
cuttings are swept on to the ground.
:
Pull the protective cap off the end of
the drive tube.
Horizontal Cut
Hold the cutter bar at an angle of 0° to
10°
as you swing the hedge trimmer
horizontally.
When you pull off the cap, the plug
may come out of the drive tube. It
must be pushed back into the drive
tube as far as stop.
