displayed. Toresetthetimertozero,
pressandholdSET.
TheInstantaneous FuelEconomy
displayshowsthecurrentfuel
economyineitherlitersper
100
kilometers(L/100km)ormiles
pergallon(mpg).Thisnumber
reflects onlythefueleconomy
thatthevehiclehasrightnowand
changesfrequently asdriving
conditions change.Unlikeaverage
economy,thisdisplaycannotbe
reset.
AverageVehicleSpeed
TheAverageVehicleSpeeddisplay
showstheaveragespeedofthe
vehicleinmilesperhour(mph)or
kilometers perhour(km/h).This
averageiscalculated  basedonthe
variousvehiclespeedsrecorded
sincethelastresetofthisvalue.
Theaveragespeedcanberesetby
pressing theSETbuttonwhilethe
AverageVehicleSpeeddisplayis
showing.
TurnbyTurn
ThisdisplayisusedfortheOnStar
orNavigation SystemTurn-by-Turn
guidance. SeeOnStar®System on
page 4‑46 ortheNavigation
manual,ifthevehiclehas
navigation, formoreinformation.
FuelRange
TheFuelRangedisplayshowsthe
approximate distance thevehicle
canbedrivenwithoutrefueling.
Thefuelrangeestimateisbasedon
anaverageofthevehicle's   fuel
economyoverrecentdrivinghistory
andtheamountoffuelremaining   in
thefueltank.Fuelrangecannotbe
reset.
SpeedandCurveAssist
Thisdisplaywillshowthespeed
limitortheadvisedspeedas
determined bytheinformation on
themapdiscinthenavigation
system.Ifthereisnomapdiscin
thenavigation system,thisdisplay
willnotbeavailable.
