Ifdcomesonandstayson,reset
thesystemby:
Stoppingthevehicle.
TCS/StabiliTrakLight
StabiliTrakOff
Light
TCSOffLight
Whenthestability  controlsystem
activates,dflashesonthe

StabiliTrakcanbeturnedoff
ifneededbypressing  and
holdingduntilgandicomeon
theinstrument panel.When
StabiliTrakisturnedoff,thesystem
willnotassistwithdirectional   control
ofthevehicleorlimitwheelspin.
Drivingshouldbeadjusted
accordingly.Pressand
releasedagaintoturnthe
instrument panel.Thisalsooccurs
whentraction controlisactivated.
Anoisemaybeheardorvibration
maybefeltinthebrakepedal.This
isnormal.Continue  tosteerthe
vehicleintheintended  direction.
2. Turningtheengineoffand
waiting15seconds.

Starting theengine.
Ifdstillcomesonandstayson,the
vehicleneedsservice.
Ifthereisaproblemdetected   with
StabiliTrak, “ServiceStabiliTrak”is
displayed ontheDriverInformation
Center(DIC).SeeRideControl
SystemMessages on page 4‑38.
systembackon.
Ifcruisecontrolisbeingused
whenStabiliTrak activates, cruise
controlwillautomatically  disengage.
Pressthecruisecontrolbuttonto
reengagewhenroadconditions
allow.SeeCruiseControl  on
TCS/StabiliTrakButton
dislocatedontheconsole.
