floorcoveringsorothervehiclecomponents,possiblycausingafire.

Toconfirmthebrakesystem
warninglightisfunctional,itwill
momentarilyilluminatewhenthe
ignitionisturnedtotheONposition
(alternativelyforsomevehicles

whentheignitionismovedfromtheONpositiontoSTARTposition,the
lightwillmomentarilyilluminatepriortoreachingtheSTARTposition).
Italsoilluminatesiftheparkingbrakeisengaged.Ifthebrakesystem
warninglightdoesnotilluminateasdescribed,seekserviceimmediately.
Illuminationaftertheparkingbrakeisreleasedindicateslowbrakefluid
levelorabrakesystemmalfunctionandthebrakesystemshouldbe
