functionalitwillmomentarily
illuminatewhentheignitionis
turnedtotheONposition
ABS
(alternativelyforsomevehicleswhentheignitionismovedfromtheON
positiontotheSTARTposition,thelightwillmomentarilyilluminatejust
priortoreachingtheSTARTposition).Ifthelightremainson,continues
toflashorfailstoilluminate,havetheABSservicedimmediately.Ifthe
ABSlightremainson,itmeanstheanti-lockbrakesystemhas
malfunctionedandisdisabled,however,thenormalbrakesystemwill
stillfunctionunlessthebrakewarninglightalsoremainsilluminatedand
parkingbrakeisoff.RefertoBrakesintheDrivingchapterformore
information.

Illuminatestoremindyoutofasten
yoursafetybelts.Formore
information,refertotheSeating
andsafetyrestraintschapter.
Air bag readiness
Illuminatestoconfirmthattheair
bags(frontandside)are
operational.Ifthelightfailsto
illuminate,continuestoflashor
remainson,havethesystem
servicedimmediately.
Charging system
