Disconnecttheelectrical
connectorfromthebulbby
pullingrearward.
Removetherubberbootfrom
thelampassemblybypullingon
oneofthetabs.
Squeezetheretainerspring
togetherreleasingitfrombulb
hooksandrotateitawayfrom
thebulb.

Withoutturning,carefullypullbulboutofheadlampassembly.
WARNING: Handleahalogenheadlampbulbcarefullyandkeep
outofchildren’sreach.Graspthebulbonlybyitsplasticbase
anddonottouchtheglass.Theoilfromyourhandscouldcause
thebulbtobreakthenexttimetheheadlampsareoperated.
Alwayswearsafetyglasseswhilehandlingbulbs.
NOTE:Ifthebulbisaccidentallytouched,itshouldbecleanedwith
rubbingalcoholbeforebeingused.

Inserttheglassendofthenewbulbintotheheadlampassembly.
Whenthebulb’sthreemetaltabsarealignedwiththegroovesinthe
plasticbase,pushthebulbintothelampassemblyuntilthebulb’s
metalbasecontactstherearofthelampassembly.
8.
Rotatetheretainerspringoverthebulbplasticbaseandsecureiton
thebulbhooks.
9.
Installrubberbootonthelampassembly.
10.
Connecttheelectricalconnectorintotherearoftheplasticbase
untilit“snaps.”
