payoutwebbinginacontrolledmanner.Thisfeatureisdesignedto
helpreducethebeltforceactingontheoccupant’schest.
WARNING: Allsafetybeltsshouldbecheckedforproper
function.Additionally,ifthefrontairbagshavedeployed,the
frontpretensionershavealsodeployedandbothfront
restraintsmustbereplaced.Afteranyvehiclecollision,the
safetybeltsystematalloutboardseatingpositions(except
driver,whichhasno“automaticlockingretractor”feature)
mustbecheckedbyaqualifiedtechniciantoverifythatthe
“automaticlockingretractor”featureforchildseatsisstill
functioningproperly.

Insertthebelttongueintothe
properbuckle(thebuckle
closesttothedirectionthe
tongueiscomingfrom)until
youhearasnapandfeelit
latch.Makesurethetongueis
securelyfastenedinthebuckle.
