headlamps. Thehigh-beam headlamps willbecorrectly
aimedifthelow-beamheadlamps   areaimedproperly.
Toadjustthevertical  aim:
1.
Openthehood.SeeHoodRelease   on page 7‑13
formoreinformation.

Locatethecenterof
theprojector lensof
thelow‐beam
headlamp.

Atawall,measurefromthegroundupward(A)to
therecordeddistance  fromStep3andmarkit.
Drawortapeahorizontal   line(B)onthewallthe
widthofthevehicleattheheightofthemarkin
Step4.
Notice: Donotcoveraheadlamptoimprovebeam
cut-offwhenaiming.Covering  aheadlampmay
causeexcessive heatbuild-upwhichmaycause
damagetotheheadlamp.

Recordthedistance  fromthegroundtothecenter
oftheprojector  lensofthelow‐beamheadlamp.

Turnonthelow-beam  headlamps andplacea
pieceofcardboard  orequivalent infrontofthe
headlamp notbeingadjusted. Thisallowsonlythe
beamoflightfromtheheadlamp   beingadjusted to
beseenontheflatsurface.
