timeandtoresolveallquestions ofclaimeligibility
pursuant tothetermsandconditions described herein
atitssolediscretion.
Recycledoriginal equipment partsmayalsobeusedfor
repair.Thesepartsaretypically removedfromvehicles
thatweretotallossesinpriorcrashes. Inmostcases,
thepartsbeingrecycledarefromundamaged sections
ofthevehicle. Arecycled original equipment GMpart,
maybeanacceptable choicetomaintainyourvehicle's
originally designedappearance andsafetyperformance,
however,thehistoryofthesepartsisnotknown.Such
partsarenotcoveredbyyourGMNewVehicleLimited
Warranty,andanyrelatedfailures arenotcoveredby
thatwarranty.
CollisionDamageRepair
Ifyourvehicleisinvolvedinacollision anditis
damaged, havethedamagerepaired byaqualified
technician usingtheproperequipment andquality
replacement parts.Poorlyperformed collision
repairswilldiminish yourvehicle's resalevalue,
andsafetyperformance canbecompromised in
subsequent collisions.
Aftermarket collision partsarealsoavailable. Theseare
madebycompanies otherthanGMandmaynothave
beentestedforyourvehicle. Asaresult,theseparts
mayfitpoorly,exhibitpremature durability/corrosion
problems, andmaynotperformproperly insubsequent
collisions. Aftermarket partsarenotcoveredbyyour
GMNewVehicleLimitedWarranty,andanyvehicle
failurerelated tosuchpartsarenotcoveredby
thatwarranty.
