RECREATIONAL TOWING
Followtheseguidelinesforyourspecificpowertraincombinationtotow
yourvehiclewithallfourwheelsontheground(suchasbehinda
recreationalvehicle).
Theseguidelinesaredesignedtoensurethatyourtransmissionisnot
damagedduetoinsufficientlubrication.
AllFrontWheelDrive(FWD)vehicles:
Ifyourvehicleisequippedwithanautomatictransaxle,youcannottow
thevehiclewiththefrontdrivewheelsontheground.Itisrecommended
totowyourvehiclewiththedrivewheelsonadollyortwowheelcar
haulingtrailer.
Incaseofaroadsideemergencywithadisabledvehicle(withoutaccess
towheeldollies,carhaulingtrailerorflatbedtransportvehicle)your
vehiclecanbeflattowed(allwheelsontheground)underthefollowing
conditions:
