Forfuelfilterreplacement,seeyourauthorizeddealer.Referto
scheduledmaintenanceinformationfortheappropriateintervalsfor
changingthefuelfilter.
ReplacethefuelfilterwithanauthorizedMotorcraftpart.The
customerwarrantymaybevoidforanydamagetothefuelsystem
ifanauthorizedMotorcraftfuelfilterisnotused.

Important safety precautions
Donotoverfillthefueltank.Thepressureinanoverfilledtank
maycauseleakageandleadtofuelsprayandfire.
Thefuelsystemmaybeunderpressure.Ifthefuelfillercapis
ventingvapororifyouhearahissingsound,waituntilitstops
beforecompletelyremovingthefuelfillercap.Otherwise,fuelmay
sprayoutandinjureyouorothers.
Ifyoudonotusetheproperfuelfillercap,excessivepressureor
vacuuminthefueltankmaydamagethefuelsystemorcause
thefuelcaptodisengageinacollision,whichmayresultinpossible
personalinjury.
Automotivefuelscancauseseriousinjuryordeathifmisusedor
mishandled.
Gasolinemaycontainbenzene,whichisacancer-causingagent.
