Dimmer Con trol
Daytim e Mode (Daytim e Brigh tness Featu re)
Rotate the dimmer control to the first
detent (full-circle). This featu re bright-
ens the odometer and rad io display
when the parking lights or head lights
are on during daylight cond itions.
With the parking lights or head lights
on, rotating the dimmer control for the
interior lights on the Multi-Function
Control Lever upward will increase
the brightness of the instru ment panel
lights.
Dome Ligh t Position
Rotate the dimmer control completely
upward to the second detent to turn
on the interior lights. The interior
lights will rem ain on when the dim-
mer control is in this position.
Front Map/Reading Lights — If Equipped
These lights are mounted betw een the sun visors. Each
light has a push-on push-off switch.
NOTE: The lights will rem ain on until the switch is
pressed a second time, so be sure that they have been
turned off before leaving the vehicle.
The follow ing two typ es of front map/ read ing lights may
be equ ipped on this vehicle:
Interior Ligh t Defeat (OFF)
Rotate the dimmer control to the ex-
trem e bottom full-circle position. The
interior lights will rem ain off when the
doors are open.
