CHILDPROOF DOOR LOCKS

Whentheselocksareset,the
reardoorscannotbeopenedfrom
theinside.
•
Thereardoorscanbeopened
fromtheoutsidewhenthe
childproofdoorlocksareset,but
thedoorsareunlocked.
Thechildprooflocksarelocatedon
therearedgeofeachreardoorand
mustbesetseparatelyforeach
door.Settingthelockforonedoorwillnotautomaticallysetthelockfor
bothdoors.

Insertthekeyandturntothelockposition(keyatanangle)to
engagethechildprooflock.
Insertthekeyandturntotheunlockposition(keyhorizontal)to
disengagethechildprooflock.
INTERIOR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT RELEASE
Yourvehicleisequippedwithamechanicalinteriorluggagecompartment
releasehandlethatprovidesameansofescapeforchildrenandadultsin
theeventtheybecomelockedinsidetheluggagecompartment.
Adultsareadvisedtofamiliarizethemselveswiththeoperationand
