Thisfeaturemayalertyoutovehicles locatedinyour
sideblindzone.Whenthesystemdetectsavehiclein
thesideblindzone,anamberSBZAdisplaywilllightup
inthecorresponding outsidesidemirror.
Thesystemisenabledateveryvehiclestartup. Itcan
bedisabled throughtheDriverInformation Center(DIC).

IfthemessageSIDEBLINDZONESYSTEM
UNAVAILABLEappearsontheDIC,thesystemhas
beendisabled becausethesensorisblockedand
cannotdetectvehicles intheblindzone.Thesensor
maybeblockedbymud,dirt,snow,ice,slush,oreven
heavyrainstorms. Thismessagemayalsoactivate
duringheavyrainorduetoroadspray.Thevehicle
doesnotneedservice.
Thecruisecontrolbuttonsarelocatedonleftsideof
thesteeringwheel.

controlisoff.
