passengers canlistentoandcontrolaCDthroughthe
headphones, whilethedriverlistenstotheradiothrough
thespeakers. Therearseatpassengers havecontrolof
thevolumeforeachsetofheadphones.
DonotuseDVDlenscleaners forDVDplayersbecause
thelensoftheDVDopticscanbecomecontaminated
bylubricants.
HandleCDsandDVDscarefully.Storethemintheir
original casesorotherprotective casesandawayfrom
directsunlight anddust.TheDVDplayerscansthe
bottomsurfaceofthedisc.IfthesurfaceofaCDor
DVDisdamaged, suchascracked, broken,
orscratched, theCDorDVDmaynotplayproperly or
notatall.IfthesurfaceofaCDorDVDissoiled,takea
soft,lintfreeclothordampenaclean,softclothina
mild,neutraldetergent solution mixedwithwater,and
cleanit.Makesurethewipingprocessstartsfromthe
centertotheedge.
Theradiofunctionality iscontrolled byboththeRSA
andthefrontradio,onlyonebandcanbetunedtoat
onetime.ChangingthebandontheRSAorthefront
radiowillchangebandontheothersystem.
RSAfunctions canbeoperated evenwhenthemain
radioisoff.
DonottouchthebottomsideofaCDorDVDwhile
handling it;thiscoulddamagethesurface. PickupCDs
orDVDsbygrasping theouteredgesortheedgeofthe
holeandtheouteredge.
Audiocanbeheardthroughwiredheadphones
(notincluded) pluggedintothejacksontheRSA.
Ifthevehiclehasthisfeature, audiocanalsobe
heardonChannel2ofthewirelessheadphones.
Theaudiosystemallowstherearspeakers tocontinue
playingevenwhentheRSAaudioisactivethroughthe
headphones.
