STARTING AND OPERATING
In addition,   the “Tire Pressu re Monitoring   Telltale Light”
will turn  OFF  and the  grap hic in the  EVIC will  display  a
new  pressu re valu e instead   of dashes  (- -), as  long  as no
tire  pressu re is  below  the low-pressu  re warning   limit  in
any of  the four  active road  tires. The  vehicle  may need  to
be driven   for up  to 10 minu tes  above 15 mph   (24 km/ h)
in ord er for  the  TPMS to receive  this  inform ation.

General Information
All  engines  (excep t  5.7L engines)   are  de-
signed   to  meet  all  emissions   regu lations
and  provid  e excellent   fuel  econom y  and
perform ance  when  using  high  quality   un-
lead ed  “regu lar”  gasoline   having   an  oc-
tane   rating   of  87.  The  use   of  prem ium
gasoline  is not  recom mend ed. Und er  norm al cond itions,
the  use  of prem ium  gasoline   will  not provid  e a  benefit
over  high quality   regu lar gasolines,  and  in som e circum-
stances  may  resu lt in poorer   perform ance.
