Thisfeatureassiststhedriverbyimproving    rear
obstacle detection andisusefulinviewingthecurb
whenparallel parking.
Thepassenger and/ordrivermirrortiltstoapreselected
position whenthevehicleisinR(Reverse).   Thisfeature
letsthedriverviewthecurbwhenparallel    parking.
Iffurtheradjustment  isneededafterthemirroristilted,
themirrorswitchmaybeused.Themirrorthenreturns
tothisnewposition  whenthevehicleisshiftedinto
R(Reverse).
Aconvexmirrorcanmakethings,likeother
vehicles, lookfarther awaythantheyreallyare.
Ifyoucuttoosharplyintotherightlane,youcould
hitavehicleontheright.Checktheinsidemirror
orglanceoveryourshoulder   beforechanging
lanes.
WhenthevehicleisshiftedoutofR(Reverse),     anda
five-second delayhasoccurred, themirrorwillreturnto
itsoriginal position. Thedelayprevents movementof
themirrorifmultiplegeartransitions   R(Reverse) to
D(Drive)toR(Reverse)  occurduringaparallel   parking
maneuver.
Thepassenger sidemirrorisconvexshaped.Aconvex
mirror's surfaceiscurvedsomorecanbeseenfromthe
driverseat.
OutsideHeatedMirrors
Iftheoutsidemirrorselector   switchisinthemiddle
position, neitheroutsidemirrorwillmove.
