ALERT: Displayswhenlocalornationalemergency
announcements arereceived. Iftheradiotunestoa
relatednetworkstationfortheannouncement,   itreturns
totheoriginal  stationwhentheannouncement  ends.
Theannouncement shouldbeheardevenifthevolume
isloworaCDisplaying.    IfaCDisplaying,  itwillstop
playingduringtheannouncement.

TurnwuntilBALANCE‐FADERdisplays.

numbers,etc.Iftheentiremessagedoesnotdisplay,
partsofthemessageappeareverythreesecondsuntil
themessageiscompleted.  MSGdisappears fromthe
displayoncethecompleted  messagehasdisplayed.
EQ0doesnotdisplaywhileinthismode.
